My sessions with Özlem Arpacı have been very effective yet very entertaining as well. Like other trainers at Executive English Coaching, she has spent many years in the U.S., an experience that contributed to our sessions with her in terms of practicing the daily English phrases and idioms in addition to the Business English content. Her credible, patient and genuine personality made me feel comfortable and confident which translated into a faster learning experience.
